Bulldog Atlantic Construction Design is a licensed and insured contractor based in Cape Coral, Florida, serving Lee County and the surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Pool design and construction
• Water damage restoration
• New construction and custom projects
• Airbnb and short-term rental renovations

03 Estimates & Quotes

Quotes provided through our website or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material selections, permitting requirements, and the scope of work agreed upon in a signed contract.

All estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. A formal written agreement will be issued before any work begins.

04 Project Agreements & Scheduling

All work is performed under a written agreement that outlines the scope, timeline, materials, and payment schedule. Project timelines are good-faith estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, or change orders requested by the client.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order and may affect the project cost and timeline.

05 Payment Terms

Payment terms, including any deposits and progress payments, will be specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by Florida law.

We accept the payment methods identified in your agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in a pause or suspension of work.

06 Warranties & Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Specific workmanship warranties are described in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to you and are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

07 Permits & Licensing

Bulldog Atlantic Construction Design maintains the licenses and insurance required to operate in the State of Florida. Where required, we obtain the appropriate permits for your project. Permit fees may be billed as part of your project cost unless otherwise agreed.

08 Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project after a contract has been signed, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposits or costs incurred for materials already ordered, will be governed by your project agreement and applicable Florida law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulldog Atlantic Construction Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
