First of All I would Like to Thank Todd Firmstone and his wife for responding so rapidly to our request for an estimate to repair  window frame damage which resulted from rain gutter overflow penetrating the stucco and damaging the wood frame.  This was discovered during our window upgrade remodeling project. The window frame was so rotted from water damage, that the window installers could not proceed with the install.  Todd arrived with his wife(business manager) the next day as promised and reviewed the damage and new exactly how to proceed with the repair, I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and professional business style. I hired him immediately and I was put into his companies busy building schedule.
We had to wait about 2 weeks to get on the schedule due to his current work demand,  however he sent out a very skilled craftsman, named "Austin" a new arrival to Florida from the great state of Nebraska. He brought his great carpenter and building skills delivered in true mid-western style,, courteous, kind, efficient and high quality skilled work.  I felt he approached the job as if it was his own home, and took attention to detail. The final result when all was repaired, and the window installed, it looked like the window and repaired wall were part of the original build.
So Todd Firmstone, and his company delivers high quality building craftmanship, if I was in the construction business I would be offering Austin a Job as my construction manager. I am in business as well and the Achilles heel of all business is finding dedicated, motivated, skilled and personable employees.
Therefore I recommend Bulldog Atlantic Construction and Design,  5 stars all the way and will be hiring them again in the future for my bathroom remodels.

I had some minor damage to my fence when Hurricane Milton went thru.
I contacted Bulldog and they agreed to look at it even though it was a small job.
They gave me a proposal and scheduled the work. The whole process only took about 2 weeks.

Todd’s team was attentive, thorough, fast, and high quality!  They were able to assess a window leak that was causing lots of water damage in our condo.  We had significant mold forming at the base and inside the wall.  Todd’s team mitigated the mold and the smell that came with it. Bulldog Atlantic Construction exceedingly met all our home construction needs with outstanding work performance from the largest to the smallest detail—and in a timely manner!  Our original builder for our new home construction left us high & dry (after 3+ years)by taking us for an outrageous amount of money with only having about 50 percent of the home complete. Needless to say, we were very skeptical and afraid  when we needed to find someone to finish the job! And not just finish the job well —but correct all the  many mistakes made by original builder. We met with Todd & Natalie from Bulldog Atlantic several times to make sure we were making the right choice by hiring them to finish our home. This was going to be our retirement home and we could not afford another mistake! We hired Bulldog Atlantic in January 2024 and our dream home became a reality in less than 12 weeks! Praise God-we made the right decision.  Todd was at the job site EVERY day overseeing his crew and the contractors he hired to complete our home beautifully! We are still in awe!!! Fast forward—we were out of town and hurricane Milton was almost ready to hit Florida—We called Todd to help prepare our home for the storms to come. He did not hesitate! He was there with his crew that same day for several hours making sure our home was as safe as possible! He called us several times before, during , and after Milton to give us updates. Tell me how many companies go above & beyond like this one did for us?!
